Why is there no sound output from my speakers except for Rekordbox?

I have a setup with GENELEC 8330A speakers, MOTU M4 audio interface, and a MacBook Pro. I connect the M4 line out to the 8330 analogue in. The audio interface signal is on, and I have configured the audio output settings correctly. However, I cannot hear any sound from any application (such as Ableton, YouTube, or Mac system) except for Rekordbox. This problem started after I moved to another room and reinstalled my settings. How can I fix this issue?
