I think that everything said was actually very logical. But, what about this? suppose you typed a catchier post title? I am not saying your information is not good., but suppose you added a headline to maybe grab a person's attention? I mean %BLOG_TITLE% is a little plain. You could look at Yahoo's home page and see how they create post headlines to get people to open the links. You might add a video or a related pic or two to get readers excited about what you've got to say. Just my opinion, it might bring your posts a little livelier.
